By subscribing to Dr. Divya DPT, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not subscribe or use the content.
2. Subscription & Access
Free & Paid Content: Some content is free, while premium content is accessible only to paid subscribers.
Billing & Payments: Payments are processed securely through Substack. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Substack account.
No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content, all subscription payments are final.
3. Use of Content
All content (articles, emails, videos, graphics, etc.) is for personal use only and cannot be copied, shared, or resold without permission.
You may quote or reference content with proper credit and a link back to Dr. Divya DPT.
4. Subscriber Conduct
To maintain a positive community, you agree:
Not to post spam, offensive, or harmful content in comments or replies.
Not to use the content for unlawful purposes.
Not to attempt to hack, scrape, or misuse the platform.
5. Privacy & Data Use
Your personal information is handled according to my Privacy Policy. I do not sell or share your data.
6. Termination & Suspension
I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if you violate these terms. No refunds will be issued for terminations due to violations.
7. Changes to These Terms
I may update these terms as needed. Any major updates will be communicated via email or a newsletter post.
