As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist , I saw a gap between traditional rehab and real-world performance training. Too often, people are told to "just rest" or "avoid lifting heavy" instead of getting strategies that actually help them build strength while recovering properly.
